We are a full service company, based in Fairfax, Virginia, which offers general home inspections in addition to a variety of other related technical services for your benefit. We inspect homes in Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

We also can conduct new home pre-drywall inspections and perform radon testing.

Our inspector, Michael J. Stephens, has over 30 years of experience as a custom home builder. He is a Virginia State Certified Home Inspector (License #10), Maryland Licensed Home Inspector #29885, and is an ASHI Certified Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors #204208). Mr. Stephens has built over 100 homes and commercial buildings in the Washington metropolitan area, and has restored historic buildings which date from the mid-1800s.
